Founded in Northern New Jersey, Cynora Tech set out to differentiate ourselves from other MSP's. Our engineers are highly vetted for not only their technical expertise but also customer service. As members of the technology community, we've noticed certain pain points with managed services that need to be addressed.

During an outage or cyber-attack, the last thing you want to deal with is a communication issue. Our business is split between US employees and our office in Southern Europe.

Executive Team

Faris Asmar

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Faris Asmar is the Co-Founder/Managing Partner at Cynora Tech leading Day-to-Day Operations and Customer Advocacy. Mr. Asmar serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for PureTechnology, as an Advisory Board Representative for multiple organizations and as a Fractional Chief Information Officer providing on-demand strategic consultation in IT infrastructure.

Mr. Asmar is an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, NY/NJChapter (NMSDC), the National Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce (NPRCC) and affiliated with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC).

Throughout his career in technology spanning over 20+ years, Mr. Asmar has been involved in the industry as a seasoned professional consultant in IT Services, Support,Compliance, Engineering and Architecture for a variety of Enterprise Customers and Technology Partners with expertise in engagements spanning a wide range of local and global initiatives and deployments.

Leart Sapunxhiu

CCIE#62668 | Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Leart Sapunxhiu is the Co-Founder/Managing Partner of Cynora Tech, where he oversees Technical Operations on a global scale. With a CCIE and extensive industry experience, Mr. Sapunxhiu has successfully led numerous large-scale projects to completion.

Prior to co-founding Cynora Technologies, Mr. Sapunxhiu worked as a Lead Architect, managing various technical projects. Mr. Sapunxhiu also served as a Senior Network Engineer, working as an escalation point for over40 data centers around the world. In addition, he traveled globally to hold training seminars as a subject matter expert in various fields.

Mr. Sapunxhiu graduated Magna Cum Laude from NJIT's Albert Dorman's Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree. He also holds several Cisco certifications, including CCIE in EnterpriseInfrastructure, Design, Data Center, and Security.

Our Delivery Center

Our Primary Delivery Center located in beautiful Prishtina, Kosovo is home to our European Engineering team. The vibrant and evolving city has a strong technology presence and a thriving youthful population. Cynora Tech has built relationships with technology educational institutions in the area, mentoring students and hosting events to source the best and brightest talent.
